ROAD RACE AS PART OF ZAPREŠIĆ OPEN

REGISTRATION: Online registration through the official race timekeeper's website, utrka.com. The registration limit is 300 participants for the 5 km race and 300 participants for the 10 km race. Registrations close once these quotas are filled or by June 5, 2024.

ENTRY FEE: Payments are made upon registration on Utrka.com via transaction to IBAN: HR6723600001102640844; cash payments are not possible.

  • ONLY RACE: €15 for the 5 or 10 km race.

• Registration After May 26, 2024:

  • FULL START: €27
  • ONLY RACE: €17 for the 5 or 10 km race.

RACE PACKET PICK-UP: Race packet pick-up will be organized at the registration center at the Mini Athletics Center, Zelengaj 2, on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 17:00 – 20:00, and on race day, June 8, 2024, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00-18:30. The FULL START race packet for both 5 and 10 km includes: a race number with a chip, a roll-up backpack, a drink voucher after the race, a Zaprešić Open T-shirt, and a finisher's medal at the finish line. The ONLY RACE packet includes: a race number with a chip, a Zaprešić Open T-shirt, and a finisher's medal at the finish line. The organizer will also provide refreshments on the course and at the finish.

LIMITATIONS: Participants born in 2012 and younger cannot participate in the 5 km and 10 km races. The organizer will not accept registrations from competitors whose birth years do not meet the restrictions.

AWARDS FOR 5 KM RACE:

• MEDALS for the top three overall finishers in male and female categories.
• SPECIAL AWARDS for the top three runners overall in male and female categories.
• FINISHER'S MEDAL for all runners who complete the race.

AWARDS FOR 10 KM RACE:

• MEDALS for the top three overall finishers in male and female categories.
• SPECIAL AWARDS for the top three runners overall in male and female categories.
• CASH PRIZES for 1st to 3rd place overall:
  • 1st place: €200
  • 2nd place: €100
  • 3rd place: €50
• FINISHER'S MEDAL for all runners who complete the race.

ŽŠĆ TEAM BUILDING RACE: This is a team competition for all legal entities (excluding athletic clubs) and is scored only in the 5 km race for both male and female participants combined. Teams consist of three members regardless of gender, and proof of company affiliation with a list of names must be sent to the organizer's email at atletika.zapresic@gmail.com. For companies that can form more than one team, the team number (team I, team II, etc.) must be indicated in the registration. The fastest three teams in the TEAM BUILDING RACE win trophies. For this award, the times of the three fastest employees from each company are combined, regardless of gender. All participants in the team races also equally compete in individual categories and prize distribution.

NOTE: Competitors participate at their own risk. By registering for the race, competitors confirm that they give consent to the organizer, the Athletic Club “Zaprešić” from Zaprešić, to collect and further process personal data (surname and name, gender, year of birth, club name, place of residence, and email address) for the purpose of organizing and conducting the race, publishing results, informing, and reporting on the race. Furthermore, by giving consent, competitors agree that photos taken before, during, and after the race can be used by the organizer for reporting purposes and for the promotion of the race and future activities. Each provider of consent can request access to their personal data, restrict processing, and request deletion.
